GENERAL TERM & CONDITIONS

- This website and the products and services offered are aimed at adults. By using the site you confirm to be 18 years of age or older. All access data (username/password) is private and confidential and may not be passed on to any third party.
- Terms of Delivery: We ship items from stock. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. Unshipped items with delivery problems may be cancelled or substituted after a waiting period of 28 days.
- Should an item be temporarily unavailable or no longer available, we will contact the customer by email in order to find a substitute or to cancel the order. If the customer's email address is invalid or missing, we will either leave the order open until the item is available again, or we will cancel it in our sole discretion.
- Partial shipments made in our sole discretion will not cause any costs to you. If you do not wish to receive partial shipments, please request by email or select in the customer area.
- Credit Card Policy: Credit cards will not be charged before an order actually ships. In case of a partial shipment, only the amount for the items actually in the partial shipment will be charged. The shipping fee (if any) will be charged on the first partial shipment only. Your credit card will be charged in Swiss Francs (CHF) by our subsidiary company, 'OMnet, Inc.'. We reserve the right to request further documents to verify the validity of a credit card.
- Return Policy: Items with factory defects will only be replaced if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted if our customer department has been notified in advance by email. You will receive an RMA number (Return Authorisation); returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Absolutely no refunds/replacements on items that do not meet customer satisfaction. Postage will not be refunded.
- Extra costs that arise from parcels (including returns) that are either not accepted (C.O.D, for example), not picked up, or returned to us due to an incomplete or invalid address, will be billed to the customer.
- Orders are final and can only be cancelled if longer-term delivery problems should arise. If we accept a cancellation for other reasons, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee.
- All items are originals and brand-new.
- Orders will be shipped using the regular postal service unless requested otherwise.
- Lost shipments do not give customers the right to withdraw from their contractual obligations. Lost goods will be shipped again--at our cost. We consider a shipment lost when it does not resurface within 21 business days. If a shipment is missing it's the customers responsibility to contact us immediately after the aforementioned waiting period.
- The customer is solely responsible for his choice of items.
- Privacy Policy: Customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.
- The prices include VAT.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
- Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
