After 7 years of marriage, the 'marital bed' can become a place of boredom if your imagination has dried up and you can't really be bothered to try hard anymore. Our protagonist is a female journalist. She decides to write a report on the excrescences of sexual behaviour. For this she visits a prostitute, a nymphomaniac, a porn actress and further persons with a strong affinity to horizontal activities. In light of this it doesn't come as much of a surprise that the writer ends up holding more than just a pencil. Bravo! Another French production that exactly hits the spot for me: an interesting story-line with an attractive cast of charming ladies, appealing sex-scenes of a pleasant duration - I'll generously ignore the condoms for once.
