While this movie is certainly not bad, there are just not enough similarities between the real Arnold and the one in here to make this a satisfying viewing experience. While Arnold's porn double has some decent abs at least, he skips the Austrian accent entirely. And since the sex scenes are not exactly earth-shaking either, the whole movie amounts to more than average American adult entertainment.
