Eve Ensler's original play documents the variety of sexual experiences made by women from different social backgrounds. It also talks about sexual abuse and sex crimes. While nothing is beyond parody in general, one has to ask the question whether or not the 'Vagina Monologues' play is a good foundation for this treatment. Now that I've seen the result, I can safely say it is. Although the stories told by the girls are total hogwash, the girls themselves are rather stunning. Inari Vachs (long time no see!), cover girl Kristina Rose and ORGAZMIK 'Eye-Catchers' Kimberly Kane and Samantha Ryan make for an excellent, high-profile cast - I just wish they had included two or three other girls of the same caliber (instead of, well, Yurizan Beltran). While the sex scenes are quite entertaining, they don't live up to 3rd Degree's usual standards. They're neither depraved enough to make you blush, nor are they soft enough for the couple-friendly crowd. It's all a bit frustrating, really, and one wishes that the producers could have decided on a more straight-forward approach to the sex scenes. In my opinion these monologues are rather mediocre.
