This movie scares me for several reasons, the first one being the fact that some of the girls didn't shave their pubes. Are we gonna experience the return of the hairy muff soon? The other reason is that this movie makes me feel old - I can't for the life of me figure out how Jennifer Lopez, American Idol, the White House and international terrorism could possibly fit into one plot-line! I mean, what does J-Lo have to do with the White House and international terrorism? NOT JENNIFER LOPEZ XXX feels more like an episode of 'Big Brother', complete with canned laughter. I wonder what poison director Will Ryder is on ... I guess he's trying to spoof some of J.Lo's less successful mainstream movies. But while I've seen some (too many, really) of them (e.g. 'Selena', 'U-Turn', 'Out of Sight', 'Manhattan Love Story'), I still can't figure out what's being parodied here. Fortunately, Renae Cruz at least looks like Lopez - with the exception of her silicone-induced bad posture. But I still can't see how this could even be a parody of American Idol. Maybe this is a good thing cause it saves viewers from having to endure some god-awful pop songs! Sexually, this movie has little more than average action to offer. Threesomes are about the most exciting thing you'll see in here. No orgies by the pool or anything like it. Sweet Veronique Vega is saved for the climax and delivers, which makes it worth the wait. A note on the White House sequences: they were indeed shot in Washington D.C. (just like the cover blurb wants you to believe) but they don't feature any explicit sex.
