Margot Lexington inherits nothing but debts from her husband. To keep afloat she rents out her estate 'Rosebud' to rich toffee-nose Richard. He degrades the lady of the house to housemaid, having her serve the sexual whims of Richard and his gang-bang-crazy friends. She reluctantly spreads her legs. But in time the demure lady begins to take a shine to this lascivious way of life and becomes a very good student.

Slightly ironic feature-film with great dialogue and funny ideas, with sex getting plenty of time. The social decline of a rich, mature woman will not only delight the 'I-fancy-my-respectable-auntie' brigade.
