Pamela is an extraordinarily beautiful chick with a charismatic face and bound for modelling glory. When, just before she leaves for NYC, she surprises her boyfriend in bed with another woman, she flees to the big city. Once there, she's hired by the renowned Schabo-Agency. One of the agency's female assistants makes a momentuous discovery as she reaches between Pamela's legs; the lass is a hermaphrodite. This, of course, has to remain a secret as Pamela has just been voted female model of the year. Everything runs smoothly until a drunk collleague tears Pamela's clothes off at an agency party in her honour. She flees the enraged crowd, checks in to a hospital, where she has herself operated and entirely turned into a woman. There's just the small problem that the assistant is pregnant by her. So the now anatomically correct Pamela still has to worry about an affilitation-case.
