During WWII, the Germans and the French weren't exactly amicable neighbours (to put it lightly). If those two nations had favoured their flesh pistols instead of their flak guns, Europe would have never gone to war. Sex is the ideal relaxation therapy and will not only defuse international conflicts but also warm up any frosty political climate. Director Paul Chaplin takes on a rather tricky subject matter and turns it on its head in this porn comedy. Fortunately, this war only ravages the occasional orifice and leaves human lives unscathed.

I can't say that I'm a big fan of canned laughter and over-the-top slapstick. This movie definitely walks a fine line with its rather broad sense of humour. Right from the beginning, the sex scenarios feel forced. For example, I'm not sure what's so funny (or sexy) about shagging a blonde on a Nazi flag ... At least the performers are good-looking enough to make this costume porn watchable. But when the jokes are fired at you with such force and frequency, it makes you wanna hide out in the DMZ!
